HFA Paint Ordering FAQ, Revised Jan. 27/2025

1) Q: When will my 120 Bottle Starter Pack paint order ship?

A: Your Starter Bundle (120 Bottles) will need to be Pre-Ordered 4 weeks before you wish to receive it. 

** Please let us know 2 weeks ahead of time when you wish to receive your order at your location giving you time to get your bottles ready for training and Opening Day. - So exciting! 

2) Q: When will my Re-Order Paint Bundle order ship?

A: Re-Order Bundles will ship within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your shipment departs. (Note that orders ship out of Wisconsin and any destinations close to there may experience a very quick delivery).

3) Q: Where does my shipped order originate from?

A: Orders are packed and shipped by our warehouse partners in Wisconsin, USA.

4) Q: Will I get advance notification of my delivery?

A: We have worked closely with the shipping carrier to request that HFA store owners are given a phone call approximately 24 hours in advance, informing them of the delivery timeframe window the following business day.

5) Q: Are expedited orders possible?

A: At this time, expedited shipping is unavailable.
